Ingredients
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups chopped fresh
mint, leaves only
3 cups chopped green
onion, both white and green parts
1-2 teaspoons soy
sauce
1 teaspoon sesame
oil
1 teaspoon chicken
bouillon granules
Method
Heat wok and add
oil. Wait until oil is hot and add the mint and green onions. Stir-fry for two
minutes or until the greens are almost cooked, but still bright green in color.
Add the remaining seasonings and mix thoroughly, continuing to cook for an
additional minute. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot with other dishes and
steamed rice.
